After Construction

After construction, the installed porous system provides access for injecting termiticide when termite treatment is required.

Installation at Every Stage

1.

Before Construction

Install the system at suitable foundation and plinth treatment locations.

2.

During Construction

Integrate porous pipes beneath PCC or flooring layers as per site requirements.

3.

After Construction

Install at suitable accessible locations where the building structure permits.

Advanced Protection Against Termites

Paradise Porous Reticulation System helps protect vulnerable areas from termite entry through uniform termiticide distribution.

What Is a Porous Reticulation Piping System

The Paradise Porous Reticulation System uses specially designed micro-perforated pipes to facilitate the application of termiticide beneath floors, around foundations, and at designated treatment points. The system can be installed at different stages of construction, allowing for planned termite protection and easier access for subsequent treatments.

Porous Pipe Installation: Best Practices & Precautions

Do’s - Recommended Practices

  • Lay porous pipes on a bed of coarse sand and cover all sides with coarse sand or small pebbles.
  • Secure the pipes using clamps and cable ties.
  • Provide a junction box at every 25 metres of porous pipe.
  • Close open pipe ends inside junction boxes with end plugs. Open only during termiticide injection.
  • Use clean, low-TDS soft water to dilute termiticide.
  • Use plain plastic pipes or metal nipples at junction boxes.

Don’ts - Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not allow porous pipes to come into direct contact with wet cement.
  • Do not bend pipes at sharp corners; use elbows instead.
  • Do not bring porous pipes above floor or ground level.
  • Avoid formulations or mixing practices that may block the micro-holes.
